I discovered the beautiful village of Kailua-Kona over 19 years ago, and from the moment I arrived I knew I was "home".

I'm originally from the northwest, and I still own property there. I hope to leave "Grampa's farm" to the grandchildren on the mainland, but my heart and soul are here in Kailua-Kona.

We purchased our dream home in the White Sands area off of Alii Drive, and we could not be happier. My real estate motto is "Elevation is the Key to Happiness" because with so many elevations and climate zones to choose from on the Big Island, where you choose to buy a home makes a BIG difference in your comfort level.

I freeze at the higher elevations that other people simply love, and find "pleasantly cool". I am an oceanfront elevation person, and like to be right on the water at sea level.

I've had the good fortune to help my clients both buy and sell  property all along the Kona-Kohala coast, including Kailua-Kona, Waimea(Kamuela), Kohala, Hawi, Waikoloa, and all the way south to the Hawaiian Oceanview Estates areas.
